Aaron started using the family grill when he was just 8 years old. Though he didn’t start boiling water until middle school,  his mom enrolled him in an intensive 2 week cooking program at Kendall  College at 14 where he learned basic French cooking techniques in the sweltering Chicago summer. At the end of his senior year at the University of Illinois, Aaron traveled to Argentina to eat his own weight in steak. He recently moved to Dallas where he explores the local restaurant scene crossing off D Magazine’s list of the 100 best restaurants.
